Well, there's basically two ways to do it. First, you can go entry by entry and edit them to where the "Show this entry to" is set to friends. That's kind of a pain in the ass.

I had 690 entries, so I did it the other way, which is to spend a couple of bucks to get a paid account. If you do that, you can go to this page and change the privacy of all your entries at once.
